  • Present Benefits (Not just Features) of your product or service – Demonstrate how benefits will make a positive difference for the customer
  • Close more sales – Utilize proven closing methods to “seal the deal”;. The sales associate will learn to leverage their interest and enthusiasm of the product/service to close more sales
  • Overcome common objections – “Price is Too Much”, “I just want to Think It Over”, “I’m Just Looking or Shopping around”, and many others

  • Extensive Role Playing – Participants will have multiple practice opportunities and will be immersed in a Final Major Role Play. Each role play will be customized to your specific industry
