This program is a powerful three-part series for anyone who manages and relies on people to meet performance objectives. The three management and executive development training sessions are as follows:
The Management and Executive Development (Session I)
In this first session of the Management and Executive Development training series participants will learn the essential skills and knowledge to begin a successful career in management. This session is focused on the “need to know” information and foundational skills that will place the manager on the right track as he/she transitions into a leadership role.
The Management and Executive Development (Session II)
Session II of the Management and Executive Development series is focused on performance based leadership best practices. The participant will learn proven methods to assess and develop actionable development plans aligned to business objectives. This is very much a hands-on session where the manager will be challenged to coach to the desired business results while maintaining employee self esteem, motivation and commitment along the way.
The Management and Executive Development (Session III)
In the Management and Executive Development (Session III), the focus is on the essential leadership skills needed to effectively direct an organization of people. Having gone through sessions I & II, the participant will be ready to take their leadership and communication skills to another level. After the completion of this training series, participants will gain insight into their leadership capabilities and become effective team leaders and managers.
